Brief 5:: Black Blind Embossing

For the GoPaintball business cards, I am thinking of blind embossing the logo to represent the impact that the balls have when they hit a surface and splat. I will then splat colour over the cards to represent the coloured paintballs used within the games. Rather than using a white blind embossing, I am thinking a black blinding embossing with colour splatted over it could work quite well. However, I wasn't sure how a black blind emboss would look visually so I've researched into black blind embossings

It seems it could work quite well. However, to ensure I use the correct colour I can text pieces once I have made a copper plate.
